It’s the time of year for reflection.  While many people are excited by Christmas, I know others find it a particularly tough time.  I personally love Christmas, but I do find it rather stressful.  So much work to get through – a week of no clients / classes provides perfect opportunity to work on business development, marketing, admin, accounts, client prep, programme writing, email responses, class planning / choreography.  The list goes on!  So while I want to kick back and relax, my work is never done.  The curse of running a business, I guess!

And as many of you will understand, there’s all the cooking and organising and so on….

In true Christmas fashion, I tweaked my back this morning (lunging for the shuttle cock during a game of badminton).  Luckily, I have a few tricks up my sleeve to ease a sore back.  In fact, I filmed the below short video earlier this week for a client, and after it successfully alleviated her pain, and now I’m using it myself, I thought I’d share for any of you suffering with stiffness:

 

Anyway, the main reason for this post was to say a whopping great THANK YOU to all of you.  To everyone who has attended my classes, stayed as a long-term 1-1 client, or even just those of you who continue to read my updates:  Thank You.  Your support means more than you know, and I truly appreciate you turning up – whether that’s in the flesh, or just via the magic of the internet.  However you stay in touch with Lovefit, thank you for sticking by me.
