I trained as a dancer for pretty much the first 18 years of my life, alongside a
normal state school education, and managed to find myself at Cambridge University studying Modern Languages (German and Spanish, if

After graduating I got a job at a top investment bank and spent five long years
commuting from Cambridge to London, leaving the house at 5.30am and not getting home until at least 9pm. I managed a team, ran a

a "normal" social life. Needless to say that job was not my life ambition and I decided that I needed to quit it, forget the
money and do something I cared about.
I took the first step by distance studying to become a Personal Trainer, so I'd read my
books on the train each morning and night, then log on for online lectures late in the evening. During this time I experienced
high levels of stress and self doubt and gained weight - not huge amounts - but despite killing myself in the gym at stupid o'clock
most mornings, I wasn't getting my flat abs back and my trousers and shirts were getting rather tighter. It seemed wrong:

Four Week Fat Attack FAQS
Yes, absolutely! For non vegetarians I do recommend a fair amount of meat, but if you eat fish then you can just replace any meat suggestions with fish. If you do not eat fish either, then you can still follow the nutrition plan, and I have had plenty of vegetarians use the formula and get great results. You'll need to incorporate legumes (beans, lentils etc), quinoa, eggs and nuts to make sure you're getting enough protein. If you are a strict vegan you will require a little more creativity, but you can still follow the nutrition plan.
Can I do this program if I've just had a baby?
Although I specialise in pre- and post-natal exercise, Four Week Fat Attack has not been designed specifically as a post-natal program. If you have had your baby very recently then some of the exercises prescribed in this program will be too vigorous, even the beginner options. It is recommended that you do not embark on a full exercise program until you've had your six week check (and you should wait 10-12 weeks after a caesarean), and after this time you should only attempt vigorous exercise once your core functionality has been restored. The nutrition plan will bring about excellent fat-loss results on its own and I have used this method with many breast-feeding women, to great effect. However, I do recommend that breast-feeding women gradually eliminate each food group one at a time rather than cutting out all the banned foods in one go. If your baby is a little bit older, and you have been exercising with no adverse effects then you should be fine following this program.
My advice would be to check with a medical professional first before purchasing the program. Women with babies as young as a month old have followed my nutrition formula, and Mums with four-month olds have incorporated the exercises (beginner levels) too, but without knowing your exercise history, breast-feeding status etc, I cannot advise whether this program is appropriate for you. What does the nutrition plan involve?
You will be asked to omit all wheat, dairy (and soy), alcohol, caffeine (and decaffeinated options), sugar and processed foods. This might sound difficult at first, but only because we've been conditioned to eat convenience food and live in a world where it's now considered normal to grab cereal for breakfast, a sandwich for lunch and pasta for dinner. I can honestly say that you will be surprised just how much variety this plan permits and most people say it opens their eyes to cooking and how they view their food.

Will I have to have meal replacement shakes and starve myself?No way! You will only be eating proper, nutritious food on this plan. There are no meal replacement shakes, no weighing, no calorie counting and definitely no starving! In fact, many people report feeling much fuller and having no desire to snack on this plan. You eat as much as you need and there are no set meal times. Just eat when you're hungry, until you're full. Simple!
Will I have to join a gym and / or buy equipment?
Nope. I designed this program with the busy, time-strapped person in mind, so the entire program is supposed to be done in the comfort of your own home, or even a hotel room if you're travelling. Nothing requires much space at all, and you will be able to make do with your own body (and occasionally the odd chair or stairs).

Yes.
