			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>&#8220;I was dreading the four weeks of eating clean, but by the end I had found some recipes that were truly delicious and I would not hesitate to serve them up to any guests.  Being diabetic, I worried about how the eating plan would affect my sugar levels: I found that in general they were more stable than previously and I needed less insulin.  I was amazed at how much weight I lost (11lb and 13&#8243;), even without strict adherence to the exercise plan.  In fact, despite eating &#8220;normally&#8221; since the program, my fiance and I are returning to it as we recognise how much better we felt eating clean.<em></em>&#8221; <span style="color: #ff00ff;">Amy</span></p>
