				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It seems people always ask me &#8220;What do you eat?&#8221;, &#8220;What does your day look like?&#8221;</p>
<p>So today I felt compelled to share!</p>
<p>Below is my day of food and activity, for anyone who wants a little nosey into my life <img src='http://lovefittraining.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':-)' class='wp-smiley' />   It&#8217;s not necessarily all good (I have realised I still eat on the hoof a lot), but it&#8217;s an eye-opener.</p>
<p>05.45 &#8211; Alarm off, downstairs to make hot water with lemon and apple cider vinegar (I do this EVERY day).<br />
06.20 &#8211; Leave the house and head to Bootcamp and back to back clients all morning.<br />
07.20 &#8211; Drive into town and (at traffic lights) scoff breakfast which I prepared this morning (banana, greek yoghurt and chia seeds).<br />
07.45 &#8211; 12:00 &#8211; Training clients.<br />
10.00 &#8211; Nak&#8217;d bar<br />
12-13.30 &#8211; Food prep (my lunch and dinner and chopping veg for juice) as well as a few chores (hanging laundry out, sorting bills, replying to voicemail).<br />
13.30 &#8211; Lunch of asparagus wrapped in prosciutto, and a side salad of rocket, avocado and tomatoes.<br />
13.45-15.15 &#8211; Laptop time (replying to emails, end of month bookkeeping, programme design etc).  Despite not being remotely hungry, I munched on half a bag of nuts!<br />
15.15-16.00 &#8211; Walk dogs<br />
16.00 &#8211; Freshly juiced juice to keep me going through the rest of the day (apple, carrot, beetroot, ginger, lemon, celery, courgette, cucumber).<br />
16:15-20:30 &#8211; Back to back clients.<br />
20.30-21.00 &#8211; Dinner of purple sprouting broccoli, tofu and rice.<br />
21.00-23.00 &#8211; Back on the laptop (Blog, pre-scheduling business Facebook posts, contact with clients, email).</p>
<p>So, you&#8217;ll see that yesterday involved no training for myself (not even a random pull up as a passed my bar), and another loooooong day working.  I have been pretty good recently at trying to turn my laptop off at 9pm, but I have a lot on my plate over the next few weeks so needs must.  I will be taking the bank holiday Monday off in celebration of turning another year older!</p>
<p>There you have it, a little snippet of my life.  No two days are the same but it gives you an idea!</p>
