2013 prices for 1-1 coaching sessions are available on request.

Please note, a one-off Kinetic Chain Assessment (£75) is a pre-requisite for all new clients, before commencing a training program with me.

There is a minimum initial purchase of 6 sessions on all training packages.  Single sessions can be purchased afterwards.

Small groups (2-4 people): £60 per session   *These usually take place outside.

One-off Kinetic Chain Assessment: £75

Distance training:  £97 per four-week block

Bootcamp:  £8 PAYG, £25 per block – 1 x p/w, £40 per block – 2 x p/w, £50 per block – unlimited.


Terms & Conditions

  1. 24 hours notice of cancellation is required.  Cancellation less than 24 hours prior to the session will result in that session being forfeited.
  2. All sessions must be paid in advance.
  3. All monies paid are non-refundable.
  4. All sessions paid for must be redeemed within 6 months of purchase.
