Group Training

Small group training could be the perfect fitness solution for you if you answer yes to any of the following questions:

– Do you want to get fitter / lose weight / tone up?
– Do you lack motivation to go to the gym or go for a run?
– Do you think you could benefit from a personal trainer but can’t afford the cost?
– Do you have friends and / or family in the same situation?

Small group training is a 1 hour session for 2-4 people. The cost is £60 so significantly cheaper than a one-to-one PT session (either £15/£20/£30 p.p. depending on how many of you split the £60 cost). You get the benefits of a typical group exercise class i.e. social aspect and a bit of friendly competition, but without 20 people vying for the instructors attention. It’s simply sharing your personal trainer with friends! All I ask is that you commit to a minimum of 4 sessions (i.e. £240) or you can book a block of 12 for a discounted price of £660, saving you £5 per session. Typically these sessions take place outdoors in a park, unless you have space at home to accommodate multiple people working out together!
