This was by far the best thing I did when pregnant and would be my number one recommendation for all pregnant ladies – in fact many of my friends and friends of friends have since joined the pregnancy or postnatal classes!
Amber’s class is about so much more than appropriate and safe pregnancy fitness. It’s a safe and welcoming place to learn what’s best for your body and your baby in pregnancy and beyond. Highly recommend the class to any mum to be.
Amber is an outstanding trainer and a lovely person too. After having two children and PND I was really stuck for motivation. Amber provided excellent expertise for my diastasis and really gave me back my love for fitness.
I attended WOW following the births of both our daughters. I can’t recommend enough! Amber is great. She tailors the bootcamps really well so everyone can work to their own level. I have always felt confident in asking her advice.
