Pregnancy fitness classes suitable for 2nd & 3rd trimester; comprising releases, strength, pelvic floor, relaxation and birth preparation topics. Come and keep fit with like-minded women at a weekly class that delivers safe and effective exercise, alongside educational chat and snack.
Postnatal mum and baby classes with a focus on core and pelvic floor rehabilitation. If you’re keen to return to exercise after giving birth but not sure where to start, this class is for you. Your baby comes too, and there’s always a snack and time for a natter afterwards.
