Most people reading this will be aware that I send regular emails to my list. The content varies from fat loss tips to recipe ideas to general musings. But I always try to keep them entertaining, and easy to read.

On average about 40% of my list opens said emails, and I have very few unsubscribes. These are apparently pretty good stats.

But last week I had an unsubscribe for the first time in ages, and the comment really made me sit up. You see, when somebody chooses to unsubscribe, they get the option to leave a comment. This person did. Their reason for unsubscribing?

“Sick and tired of getting these emails”

Quite a strong reaction! It kind of made me chuckle though. (I’ve learned not to take these things personally). What a funny thing to say, I thought. And then I realised it was actually very sensible. Because this person did something that so many others fail to do…

They took action!

This person was “sick and tired” of my emails landing in their inbox, so instead of putting up with it, they just hit the unsubscribe button. Bloody sensible if you ask me.

Now I’m not suggesting that everything in life is as easy as just hitting unsubscribe. Many things require rather bigger changes and a complete reprogramming of your behaviours.

The good news is that there are people around who can help. (Like me, in case you didn’t get the hint).

So if you’re sick and tired of the same old meals, you could try the Lovefit Cookbook.

If you’re sick and tired of failing to make time for the gym, instead you could try my Four Week Fat Attack programme, which has helped hundreds of people around the world.

If you’re sick and tired of other people’s dull comments on Facebook, simply unfollow / unfriend / hide their posts. (Best thing I ever did was unfollowing all other fitness related pages and people, except the individuals who were actual friends).

And if you’re sick and tired of feeling below par then drop me a line.  I am happy to chat via email, Skype or face to face if you’re nearby.

Here’s to feeling happy and energised!

Oh,and if you’re on my mailing list, I do hope you enjoy my regular updates.  If you’re not , you really ought to be!   The simplest way is to subscribe my downloading one of the free reports on this site 🙂
