Bumps

NOT CURRENTLY RUNNING. Pregnancy fitness classes suitable for 2nd & 3rd trimester; comprising releases, strength, pelvic floor, relaxation and birth preparation topics. Come keep fit with like-minded women at a weekly class that delivers safe and effective exercise.

Babies

NOT CURRENTLY RUNNING. Postnatal mum and baby classes with a focus on core and pelvic floor rehabilitation. If you’re keen to return to exercise after giving birth but not sure where to start, this class is for you. Your baby comes too and there’s always time for a chat.

Beyond

Perhaps you haven’t had a baby, or you’re ready for something a bit more intense? These classes offer progressions to suit all levels, in a friendly group environment. For outdoor fun try WOW (little ones can tag along too), or come to Barre and find your inner dancer – and bum muscles!
