Diary of a Lovefit Coach

It seems people always ask me “What do you eat?”, “What does your day look like?”

So today I felt compelled to share!

Below is my day of food and activity, for anyone who wants a little nosey into my life :-) It’s not necessarily all good (I have realised I still eat on the hoof a lot), but it’s an eye-opener.

05.45 – Alarm off, downstairs to make hot water with lemon and apple cider vinegar (I do this EVERY day).
06.20 – Leave the house and head to Bootcamp and back to back clients all morning.
07.20 – Drive into town and (at traffic lights) scoff breakfast which I prepared this morning (banana, greek yoghurt and chia seeds).
07.45 – 12:00 – Training clients.
10.00 – Nak’d bar
12-13.30 – Food prep (my lunch and dinner and chopping veg for juice) as well as a few chores (hanging laundry out, sorting bills, replying to voicemail).
13.30 – Lunch of asparagus wrapped in prosciutto, and a side salad of rocket, avocado and tomatoes.
13.45-15.15 – Laptop time (replying to emails, end of month bookkeeping, programme design etc). Despite not being remotely hungry, I munched on half a bag of nuts!
15.15-16.00 – Walk dogs
16.00 – Freshly juiced juice to keep me going through the rest of the day (apple, carrot, beetroot, ginger, lemon, celery, courgette, cucumber).
16:15-20:30 – Back to back clients.
20.30-21.00 – Dinner of purple sprouting broccoli, tofu and rice.
21.00-23.00 – Back on the laptop (Blog, pre-scheduling business Facebook posts, contact with clients, email).

So, you’ll see that yesterday involved no training for myself (not even a random pull up as a passed my bar), and another loooooong day working. I have been pretty good recently at trying to turn my laptop off at 9pm, but I have a lot on my plate over the next few weeks so needs must. I will be taking the bank holiday Monday off in celebration of turning another year older!

There you have it, a little snippet of my life. No two days are the same but it gives you an idea!
