June 2018.

2) What sessions do you do?
1:1 sessions.

3) What was your original reason for joining?
To put my body back together again post birth/injury.

4) Why do you keep coming back?
I get good building advice 😜! Because it’s my time, for me, no one else, and because, quite frankly, I do not trust anyone else to help me in this journey to being fit again as Amber is brilliant!

5) What is your proudest achievement to date?
Every day I’m proud that I keep trying. Having my daughter.

6) What is your favourite exercise?
Rowing 🤣

7) What do you do when you’re not training with Amber?
I run my business, Rugbytots, help my husband run our farm, general taxi for my daughter!!!

8) What would you say to anyone thinking about signing up with Lovefit?
Do it. Amber has the ability to take you at each session and just knows how and when to push you. She understands the stress and strain life gives and takes away, so with that understanding and her depth of knowledge, makes her sessions pretty impossible to want to miss!
